On life's journey with Christ, we don't get to pick and choose what comes our way. We have to accept the easy things, hard things, and everything in between by faith knowing that God is in control.  On December 17, 2024,  Apostle Sharon Walker's life, her family's life, and the lives of the the entire COTGIM local body and extended family were changed forever.  Our Co-Pastor, Prophet Larry T. Walker, Jr. , unexpectedly transitioned into life eternal with his Lord & Savior. Words can't express how much he is missed. We can all still hear his hearty laugh, feel his warm hugs, and hold tightly to the many words of encouragement he imparted into each of our lives. In this season of transition since his passing, we have learned to lean on God in a more profound way. While we do not always understand God's plan, He always knows what's best.  We invite you to read about the life and legacy of Prophet Walker and to watch the video below.
